What are the return policies of Boscov's Department Store?
Customers who are not totally satisfied with their purchase may return the item/s bought from Boscov's for replacement, exchange, or refund. Items bought from the website may be returned by mail or brought directly to any Boscov's store within 90 days of purchase, complete with the original packing slip and all tags attached. Delivery fees are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns with boxed opened and with missing accessories. Delivery fees and pick-up fees may be charged on authorized returns that are non-defective. Items which are sold 'as-is' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free Shipping is not available on Heavy & Home Delivery items because of their size, weight and the special handling required.
